Throughout its 28-year history, NSA has maintained a consistent business strategy that employs a small, core staff of highly talented professionals and utilizes a broad network of specialized associates and business partners to serve our clients' changing and evolving needs.

NSA has successfully incorporated new technologies into its practice and has used these tools to expand its client base and re-invent itself.  Early evidence of this approach is reflected in NSA’s pioneering application of GIS and GPS technologies for environmental mapping and analyses.  NSA became an ESRI Business Partner over 20 years ago and is credited with helping many of its clients launch GIS programs within their organizations.

Our firm has been awarded Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) status by the Florida, Wyoming and North Carolina DOTs, MBE status by the Florida Department of Management Services and designated as a Historically Underutilized Business by the State of North Carolina.  NSA has also been certified as an MBE by Hillsborough County, Orange County and the City of Tampa.

NSA has offices in Dubois, Wyoming, Winston-Salem, North Carolina and Winter Park, Florida.
